I am in the middle of a Dynamic PRI install with an XTS. The customer had a regular digital PRI from AT&T which worked just fine. The new CO provider has a dynamic PRI which basically emulates a PRI. They locate an Adtran 904 at the customer site to separate the voice and data streams. We do have some dynamic PRI's out there with another provider that work just fine.
Basically when a NO ANI call comes into the switch, it does not route the DID to the proper extension. It routes it to the operator.
Has anyone else come across soft switch signaling problem like this? If so, did you get a resolution with co provider or Vertical?
Vertical's response was they had a bulletin back from 2007 stating that they don't support soft switches if problems occur. They give a couple of token parameter changes but they don't resolve the situation
Tip and ring, the work of the devil!

I thought they put some to firmware on the newer PRI cards that had fixed a pile of issues that they were having with soft switch's?!!
