When an extension is occupied we do not have the option to leave a message or thranfer an outside line to that extension so they can leave a message. It gives a fast busy.

You should be able to call forward busy no answer the extension to voice mail either by the call forward feature in the station guide or system programming for stations flash 50, page c.

Need more info, but if it all of a sudden stopped working, a simple reboot may fix it. Power the unit down for 30 seconds, power back up, wait 5 minutes and test again.

This feature never did work. I don't think it was programmed from the beginning.
So Flash 50, page c?
