Was wondering if someone may know what stse may not be logging calls into either of the answered/unanswered log tables. We activated caller id and the station display the incoming name and number but we are unable to go back and review the log tables.

Calls answered/unanswered may be reviewed by using 659/635 on your key pad.
keypad functions are listed in station user guide.

I should of mentioned I've tried both of those functions and both logs are empty. Their are no entries to scroll back and forth through. That's why I didn't know if something needed to be enabled or logs initialized.

The call Id info is coming across the station screen when the calls comes in but doesn't seem to be logging.

From another thread with a similar problem. It was flash 05 btn 21 "enable/disable system ICLID tables" default is disable. Wasn't in the manual I have, or in the flash tables.

Also, If you have a voicemail on there and the Auto-Att gets it 1st, it (CID) will only show answered calls.

The common issue I run into is what bill quoted. It's 6 of one half a dozen of the other, since you can see what numbers have been calling everyone else. But you also get to see all the numbers that are coming in. Most want the system iclid turned on so they don't lose the missed calls.

If it is feature package 3 then the code was changed to 669 whichn is now answered/unanswered calls all in the same table.

Im on site now with the same issue , I checked and it was enabled in 05 21
Ive initialized the ICLID tables , gone through the manual step by step again but still no call log
it shows up fine on the keyset display just not logging it
