Skip I'm thinking maybe your CID log isn't working because you're ringing to something other than a station. I'm not sure it will work if ringing is directed to the VM or a hunt group. Is that possible? So maybe have it ring to a ghost station for a ring or two than go to the AA. Just thinking out loud.

Ok here's where Im at
CID shows up on the phone display just fine
Two incoming out of state calls both from the same number (Scott )have logged but no others
I would think that since these two logged it's set up correctly Scott told me he dialed ext 100 when AA answered so I tried that
I called in and dialed ext 100 my call didn't log
I tried assigning line two with direct ring to EXT 100 ....called in let it ring 8 times
no log
I had another out of state call (from Bill)come in...and a few local calls...no log
thanks for the suggestion oobie 50 is enabled and thanks to Bill and Scott for there help
It's set up with AA answering after 8 seconds then calls go to HG 450 which is pilot all ring EXT 100,101,148,and 149
overflow to MB 106
everything works as it should except for the CID log

Sorry to hear it still doesn't work. Larry, nfcphoneman, is very good at figuring this stuff out. Maybe he'll have a suggestion or two.

I wonder if you might want to try extending the ring delay timer on the CO ports by another second or two. Maybe the CID data isn't being captured? Just a guess, but it wouldn't hurt to try it.

I would think that once it captures the data and displays it on the phone it should be there to log and it did log those two calls
I think I did put it out to 12sec at one point, but I cant be sure I tried so many things , Ill give that a try when I go back (I spent so much time fooling with this I didn't have a chance to finish what all I was there to do )
