How do you retrieve the caller ID of previous phone calls - I have read the book and followed the instructions but do not seem to be able to get it to scroll thru any type of list - I am relatively new to the place I work and nobody here seems to know how to do this.

the only thing I can see on the phone is on the back and it say 30 button executive key

You need to get information from the label on the control unit (KSU)for your phone system. That phone model works on many different Vodavi systems, just like the same tire fits many different cars.

if you are dialing 635 (Unanaswered table) or 659 (answered table) and there is nothing in either table then you would need to have an installer come out and enable the table to store the information which by default is disabled.
