I have an STSe customer with flash inskin vm. The voicemail intermittently stops answering, sometimes it will resume working on its own and other times the KSU needs to be reset. The card has been sent into Aztec for repair already a few months ago.
Anyone ever have this problem, any suggestions? Thanks

If you have a spare would i would put in because i have had to send a repaired one back to Aztec that just came from them. The only other thing I could think of is a bad slot on the cabinet.

We had an absolutely absurd case once where it was due to a telco problem with too many taps on the customer's lines. I replaced the entire system to no avail. We had the telco change the pairs to clean them up and it worked. Of course, this was only a failure to answer on outside lines while internal answering was fine.

You said you have reset the KSU but have you tried to re-initialized the VM itself ?
Also, I have had 1 card with a bad contact on the board. It was very hard to see but it was the problem.
