I have run across Inskin voice mails that if the subscriber records thier name and their greeting, their name plays both their name and greeting. deleting their name does not seem to help.
The only "fix" I have com up with is to delete the mail box and reassigning the extension number to a different mailbox number.
Anybody know how to remedy it?
All voice mails were defaulted during initial installation.

I have seen this before and have had to re-initialize the voicmail and reprogram. I would update it to the latest software as well.
