I can't find the answer for this one anywhere: Customer has a Mach 1 (Triad-S) KSU with a digital Dispatch voice mail attached. The KSU was replaced and now they are not receiving CID with their voice mail messages. They say this was working before the KSU was replaced. The current software level is 3.0H. Any ideas or am I just getting too old for this stuff?

Is the cid working at all or just not with vmail? since it was a mach 1 did it use the seperate module I can't think of the part number, and the rs232 didn't get plugged back in?

Some option isn't turned on somewhere, but I would think that if Cid is working on each call it should work with the Dispatch.

Did you ever discover what option to turn on? Having the same issue. No CID on VM.
Also wondering if there is a way to notify you while on a call that a second call is going to VM and the CID.
