2.20 has a glitch. It is a high speed bus problem. Sometimes the system modem will not answer. The glich will cause random lockups of cards. Cards will go out of service after a power failure, or a reset. This glitch shows its ugly head with systems that have PRI cards and Inskin voice mails and or voip cards in adjacent card slots. A LCI8 (co card with the caller id module installed) may also contribute to the problem. It has been suggested to leave an empty slot between these cards. That is not always feasible. I strongly suggest an upgrade to 2.23 at least.
