I am not a Vodavi tech but my wifes office has been told they do not have personnel speed dial numbers that there is only group speed dial. That seems pretty arcaic to me . If not how do you program station level speed dial the vendor didn't even leave them books and won't come back.
Sure give the industry a bad name in such lean times.

Not having personal speed dial? That is not the case with any Vodavi digital system that I know.
