My customer needs to have voice mail to stop picking up after 3 rings in day and special mode.
I have in flash 40 b.13 for line 1-6
v440n s100ds s101ds s102ds s103ds s104ds s105ds s106ds s107ds s108ds s109ds s110ds
could someone point me in the right direction.
I am new to vodavi way of thinking.

Check fl. 40 page b, button 5,16,17. Also check page c button 8,11,12.

Need to have the VM pilot number in there or you should put the VM ports into a hunt group FL 30 and then use the hunt group pilot number. Using the hunt group pilot number will put the caller into the main greeting without sending any VM integration info.
