Hi, What is the proper way to retrieve VM on an STS system with HD in-skin based VM from outside the office? If I call in to my extension, I get my VM greeting, but can't figure/remember what to do from there? Thanks!

When you receive your VM greeting (mailbox) PRESS
the * key and enter your password. The system will tell you your new/saved messages.

Thanks! I had guessed # and it didn't work <g>. Weird it's not in the user manual AFAICT, and my admin manuals are not close by.
