Hey there,
I am loosing my mind with a hunt group issue that I am having. My system is an XTS-IP
I have setup several hunt groups that are accessed through our auto attendant. All of them work perfect and ring all the phones necessary.
The problem I am having is getting the hunts to roll over to another group or go to a mailbox. They just ring and ring no matter what the time is set to. I have tried to send them to another hunt or vmail box and nothing happens.
Any help would be great.

How are you trying to send them to the other Hunt groups? What type of Hunt groups are they? What version S?W is on the XTS IP

Are you using the hunt group over flow function? If so it has a day mode, special and night destination also if sending to voice mail you have to set the box id digits.

Thanks so much for the responses but I figured it out and am embarrassed at the fix. :-(
It ended up that when I directly dial the hunt group from am inside trunk none of the routing works but when I redirect one of the CO lines to the hunt and dial that outside number all of the overflows and routs work fine.
I am not sure why is has to come from an outside line. Weird!!!

Because internal calls should not be in the UCD group waiting to be answered. UCD groups are for external callers only.

Yep. :toast:
That's why voice mail systems have intergration codes...follow on ID codes... and all the other fun stuff.
Glad it's working and you only damaged a few brain cells :bang:
