Hi All,
I have a customer that is looking for some sort of auto dialer system, they are very small, will only need to support 10 or so phones, they have a nortel mics now but will use single line phones, anyone know of something like that that will work?
Dont send messages saying just dial #, I already told customer that but he wants a dialer.

Give a little more info.
What are they wanting to use it for? Announcements or something like telemarketing.

Yeah, you need to elaborate much more before any serious recommendations can be made. At a minimum here is what I would need to know, and most likely others as well:
- Number of concurrent seats
- Type of calling (press-1 campaign, predictive dial, click-2-dial, etc)
- Dialing Ratio wanted
- Recording options needed
- Type of Leads (business/consumer)
- Calling Times
- Telephone Connectivity (POTS/T1/PRI/SIP)
All of that would add up to a realistic recommendation. Anything else would just be guess work.
