Try programming a caller id name/number flex key (code is 653) on a a phone and enabling it (light the light). See if it shows caller ID. if so, put one on each phone, enable it and blow the key away so it cant be turned off.

Thanks for the suggestions. Station 100 has a button programmed for CID. After cycling system power, CID and button work fine for awhile, then no CID display and button has no effect.

I would replace the ICLID board that came with the KSU. You say that you have two boards in the KSU and swapped them. Since the problem didn't go away, try running with just the one single replacement board. Moving a bad board to another slot could still allow a glitch system wide. Then, if your condition doesn't change, you will probably have to change out the KSU.

We have 2 ICLID boards. Only the one pluged into the KSU motherboard is needed for the CO lines with CID. I tried having only one board in the system at a time and get the same results with either board. Cycle KSU power and CLID on the stations works as we expect it to for awhile, then get the generic message line ringinning. I think it highly improbable both ICLID boards bad at the same time with the same symptoms.
Any way that the programming for flash-based voice mail could affect the CLID at the stations? Like something in the number plan that is not right and the CLID works ok until that path occurs.

Sounds like you have done everything short of defaulting and reprogramming the system. But at this point, I would probably just replace the KSU.
