MNDave, thanks for the advice. I am considering calling in a certified installer if I do not find a solution to this in time. However, I still want to try and get this system going on my own. I still have a couple more weeks before I need to get this installed. I will retain a tech just in case though. I think I will just re-initialize the system, blow out all my current settings and start again from scratch. Thanks for everyone's suggestions. Greatly appreciated.

Just an update on this. I hate to admit it but I made a rather rookie mistake in that I had my tech make an RJ45 cable to connect the PRIB board to my CSU for testing. I assumed it was good but later when testing the cable with a router setup I found that it didnt work with it either. Long story short: I checked the cable and it was miswired. Troubleshooting 101: "Always check your connections" Also, I had my PRIB card setup to utilize all 23 channels of the PRI. I found out later that the PRI was only equipped for 20. Problem solved. Thanks again everyone for your suggestions.

Ah, you wired it for RJ45 when it should have been RJ48. It is a very common misconception that these wiring patterns are one in the same. Thanks for sharing your resolution.
