Have STS w/ 7 lines now it grabs line 7 when OH need it to go to intercom. Have user select line key.
Thanks for your help.
May have user try it over phone can it be step by step.

In the users guide under Ring Down/Hot Line/ Off Hook Preference.
Per users guide to disable off hook preference, with the phone on hook dial 691 followed by 00.
