I don't know if this post stays open but if it does, kudos to all your help. Defaulting the system worked and although the programming is a bit different from everybody else (normal) I got everything reprogrammed and then some. One quick question: I'm guessing the relay I can program to a button for a door opener. I'm going to give it a shot maybe next week. Once again, thanks. JD

Yes you can program the relay for either normally open or closed depending on what you need to work your lock...then you put a feature button on each phone that needs to unlock the door.
