Hi guys....We have a customer that is going from an ATT T1 to a Comcast PRI. When talking to Tech support they said that the system would not handle a soft switch that comcast is using....since we have never done a PRI on an STSe any input would be great....Thanks !

can't really help with your question but i was wondering what your impression of the comcast pri has been? we're thinking about moving to a comcast pri but are a little hesitant about reliability.

In theory, if Comcast is emulating a standard, such as NI2, life should be good. If life isn't good, it will all be your fault. Good luck. Mike
