I have 3515 with a key programmed for a general mail box. Key was programmed using speed speed 460130, for mail box 130. The Key when pushed goes to mail box 130 on the flash voicemail alright, but the key does not light when voicemails are present. I see no other programming that is needed. Extension 101 that this key is on, receives it's MWI ok on the message key. Under mailboxes (9) in voicemail programming, the only thing there that is different on 130 than on 101, is no extension number is programmed because there is no physical extension.

You may need to reset the mailbox mwi. You can do this through phone admin. Technically you should program the extension and set it for direct transfer to mailbox. This is done thru the mailbox options menu itself.
