We have a customer with a Mach 1 system that has a bad DTMF receiver. It is one of the ones that is on the actual SLT card. not the additional DTMF receiver card that was added. We can go into CONFIG and disable it, then everything works fine until they lose power. Upon restoration of power, the bad receiver goes back into service and the problems begin.
Does anyone know of a way to permanently disable it?
