Hi all,
I have been advised by vertical tech support to
upgrade the software for an inskin vmail installed on a STS due to a memory issue customer was having.
My question is where do I find the software, I have looked all over "v-connect" and cant find it.Anybody out there able to guide me or should I spend the customary hour on hold trying to reach out to vertical.

I believe it is on the FTP site, not v-connect. If you don't have the password (same as the old Vodavi FTP site), you'll need to call tech-support.

It has been a while since I have had cause to go
to the FTP site.
