I have as XTS running 1.14 software. The customer was having some issues the other day so they decided to unplug it/plug it in. After that they were having trouble making outside calls, names/keys were incorrect, etc. I was able to straighten most of it out, but I can't save the database. It starts out fine, but when it reaches 80K bytes it stops downloading and the system resets. It does this whether I'm using WinDba or hyperterminal. I assume the DB is corrupted.

1.14 may have been the one that occasionally reset the system when attempting to save or print out the station data.
Otherwise, your system is old enough that if it was still running on the original memory support battery, it lost data by being powered down. You may need to reinitialize the system and reprogram it. If you do this, I recommend upgrading it to Version 2.23.
