My tech didn't mention a DB-9 connector....hmmmm. I will have to stop by the site when I am close by and take a look. He probably didn't look too closely.

On the Triad S or Mach 1, the serial ports appeared on an optional card that mounts in the lower-left corner of the mother board. Beside the connector for this is a connector for an optional internal modem. There is a very good chance that the serial port card isn't there.
