Could someone pm me how they get a replacement hard drive to get the code from the mother board, to work in a new voicemail.

I loaded a different customer voicemail backup on the unit and can't get it to work. It stops at when it says starting voice engines.

I have delete the dolkey.key. But the system still won't work.

The hard drive failed before I could get to the unit.
