I can't get system to take FL24 16. I pulled a PRIB from slot and am replacing with LCOBC with no cild card attached. Any thoughts??? Thanks

After you program the slot for the appropriate card type, are you hitting the reset button on the MPB card to restart the system?

That card is code 15 not 16. 16 is an SLI12 port with caller id.
