When someone leaves a voice mail, the light does not blink. It is a vodavi 30 button executive key phone. Any suggestions?

If the user can dial 440 to retrieve the message, just assign that code onto a flex button. If you already have such a button then you may have a notification port failure or an incorrect msg set code.

Try Flash 07, Button 4...You can change the flash rate...Default is steady on...

Areyou talking about the big light above the display? If so you have to enable that light for voice mail indication in flash 50/51 programming.
