I just finished programming our Vodavi system after a storm knocked it out, I hooked it backup to a surge protector to protect against it in the future. The problem I have is that before the system was knocked out we could get a dial tone just by pressing 9 on the keypad, I couldn't find in the manual where to program that in. Can anybody help me there?? Greatly appreciated!!

You need to put your unused CO line ports into group 0 so that they aren't accessed when dialing 9.
