Hey all. I've got no VMI on the phone (hardware) - programming a flex button works, but still no indicator on top. Customer is used to light on top. Had to swap out a system - is this software related or programming related - also is this not the system, but perhaps the voicemail? digital dispatch. Customer experienced hard power outage/spike. Thanks for what ever you can offer up!!
