Hello everyone!
I'm brand new on the board, and pretty new at phone systems in general. I'm working with (I think) a Mach 1 system (Dialing 605 gives me the following:
Eng. Ver. 4.15-2FE2 16
INFINITE BASIC
)
There is also a (blue) TalkPath Voicemail box connected to the system.
My problem is that for some reason, the CID information doesn't get saved in the table. Every call coming in from an outside line displays CID information while it's ringing, but when I dial 659 or 635, all I get is a big list of NONE.

The tables have to be enabled in flash 05 programming and they only work for phones that are programmed to ring.

Got it. Is there anywhere on the forums (I've looked, but will continue to look) that describes Flash programming?

Flash programming is an admin function. Forum rules prevent us from giving precise directions and the password needed. You will need some official tech help for that.
