We have the Vodavi Starplus STS. The main station here where the night voicemail message is on has a password that a former employee changed and now no one can get into the phone to change the main company greeting. I've looked all through the manual and can not find where overriding the password is mentioned.
Can someone please help? It's crippling our phone system.
Thank you. :bang:

If this is a flash based voice mail:
You use the same procedure and admin password that you use to program the main auto-attendant greeting. Once into the system you will get a prompt for mail box administration and from there you can reset a mailbox password.

Can someone please help? It's crippling our phone system. If it's that bad, you are in the best city for finding a trained Vodavi support tech! Our mother ship is in your back yard!

I need some help...I've gone through every manual I have in the office and I cannot find anything, so I'm hoping someone might have some info.
One of our employees quit a year ago. Since then, the desk has been vacant. The person who shared his office took on an intern and asked that we set her up with a new voicemail msg. Problem is, the guy here before her reset the password and I have NOT A CLUE how to go about figuring out what it is. I've tried contacting him and he is not returning any calls. We have a Vodavi system - 30 key executive telephone. Very basic system. I don't know how to get into the auto attendant to change anything and online research hasn't provided me with anything useful thus far.
Any help is greatly appreciated! If you would prefer to email instructions (and please keep in mind that I am NOT tech savvy) please email to info at acadianhouse dot com.
Thank you! Anna

Help depends on which voice mail system you have. You will need some tech help with this one. The info you are looking for is not in any user guide.
