I just found out that our Mach1 was installed without the optional callerID module. I'm thinking about adding a module in. Would this be what I need? We have 6 CO lines, so would it need to be expanded? Thanks again!

That is the CID box that you need. It useses a straight thru db9 cable with a gender changer.

One unit is designed to cover 9 lines. You need a working serial connection to your phone system.

Rip off. The CID unit was sold as a 9-line unit. Any "add-on" modules were removed from it just to make more money!

Actually, the version made for PCS Digital was sold as a three-, six- or nine-line model.
