When accessing voicemail, it prompts for a password. When entering the password, each tone last 2 seconds. Say I touch 1234, for each number hit, the tone will continue to sound like I have the button pressed.

Had anyone had this issue before? If so, how did you fix it? (I hope I explained this well enough LOL)

Are you 100% sure the last digit you dial isn't a sticky button?

It happens no matter what extension we use. It does sound like the keys are sticking tho.

And its only when we are using the Dispatch. Dialing out on a CO Line works fine. Just using the voicemail.

There are two timers in call handling data. One is vm dialing ratio tone time... default is 120 milliseconds. The second is vm dialing ratio inter-digit timer...default is 120 milliseconds.

For a normal co call the timers are set at 70 milliseconds each.
