I'm trying to set up our phone system and I was wondering what the "appropriate" method would be to accomplish what we want.

We have a Vodavi Mach1 with a Digital Dispatch Voicemail System.

I have most of it set up, I'm just stuck on one part:
During the day, we want all incoming calls to ring directly to extension 100. Then, if they don't get answered, we want to forward the call to a menu. In the menu, we want people to be able to select an extension to be transferred to. This list will include extension 100. Then, if extension 100 doesn't answer again, we want it to just go to extension 100's mailbox.

Is that even possible? I'm not sure how I would go about setting that up.

Thanks for all the help!

You assign the lines to ring to 100, You preset forward the lines to ring to hunt 450 which has the voice mail extensions in it. You preset forward station 100 to voice mail 440. Initial call rings to 100....no answer timer expires rings to menu, caller dials 100 no answer, forwards to box 100.

You've saved the day again Derrick!

I didn't realize how incoming CO line preset forwarding worked. Now I do, and all is well.

Thanks!
