Just to let you guys know about a glitch with XTS ip phones. I have a customer with two employees in New York using ip phones. They can call out just fine, talk to the other employees, but when they called each other both phones would lock up and they had to reset them. The phones are attached to the same ip card (the system has two 24 port cards in it). I could not figure out what would cause this, I have other customers with multiple ip phones, no problem.
I discovered that one of the phones's keyset mode was set for PC phone. I turned that off and the problem went away.
