I have a vodavi 612 with an analog vodavi dispatch voicemail unit. I am trying to offnet forward calls to a cell once a caller hears the main greeting and dial 0. I have put the cell number in a speed bin and frd phone 640*25 to speed bin. What happens is that the AA answer you press 0 place you on hold grabs a line starts to dial then drop back to main greeting once again.
thanks dave

You need to put an extension in the middle that is forwarded no answer to the extension forwarded off net.

If you want to get creative and if you are comfortable with Dispatch Command Files, you can make key action "0" (or even personal operator) route to a menu that uses a custom CF. You need to enter the transfer sequence and phone number. I create transfer mailboxes for remote workers with this method. It does require familiarity with Dispatch and the particular phone system to do this.
