Precision : My phones are Trillium Panther 612...
I need help to re-configure the main module. The phones were working great, then, this morning, for no reason, their setup is all changed.
Before, only one phone would ring, the others were silent, and the fax line would remain silent when a fax comes in.
Now, all the phones rings, even when a fax arrives.
How can I fix this? I do not have the programming sheet.

I think somehow you program got corrupted,the best thing is to default the system to factory setting ,by doing so only ext 10 will ring and not the others.if thats ok with you thats the procedures;
At the ksu,there is a dip switches marked 1&2 next to the reset button on the side of the ksu,first set switch 1 to on and then press the reset button,then put switch 1 to off and press the reset button again.
