The hotel I work for uses a Mitel Superconsole 1000. Currently there is a 'minor alarm' message on the display screen. I am sure this is covered in the manual somewhere, but I do not know where this manual is.
What I would like to know is: What causes this 'minor alarm', how do you turn it off, and is there anyway to prevent it from happening in the future?
