We have received two of the above phones. Since this is a very small office, and we have other AT&T phones here, HFAI-10 model, we need to program the new models received. The main concern is getting the extensions programmed on the right panel so that their appropriate button shows them on a call, and not just on the external call listed on the left. Any help you can give would be appreciated. Also, we need to have the calls bounce back to the person who originally transferred it, this is programmed into the phones we currently have. The manuals we have don't indicate how to do either of these functions. We do not have voice mail to complicate this, fyi.

what type of system do you have? I can send you a manual for programming the phones if I know what system you have.
