I know nobody uses these antiques anymore. I am working on a Tie 24/36/64 equipped with 12 lines and 16 stations. The customers are complaining that the line levels are too low callers can't hear. I check the system and all sounds O.K. this system has the 4 port station PCBs. Does anyone know how to boost up the audio levels???

On the CO cards there are relays that get worn out over time and cause the problem you are having. About the only place I know that you can get them is at the following link. There is a phone number there as well, if I were you I would call and talk to him so you get the right relays. https://www.sandman.com/ I can't believe I remembered this. ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif)

The coils on the same card will also cause the same problem.

No offense guys, but I thought TIE meant to tie it to a block of concrete and throw it overboard ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif) Tazman, get your customer to upgrade. If they don't want to upgrade a 20+ year old system, get a new customer. Good luck!

I removed all the pcb's from my 1236 ksu and it makes a perfect "stash" holder.... If you put a sandwich and can of soup on the power supply around 11:00am by noon you have a nice warm meal......... mitch taylor [email protected]
