i do not have an station id on set wired to station 22 i have 24 v on da leads

Sounds like you want to reset that station by disconnecting the phone. But it sounds more like might have a bad phone port. If you just installed a card you will have to initialize that port, by going to mode 70 and giving it a station number. Let me know if this works.

Did loads of them from 94-2000.
Never had many problems. They held up great and were cheap, like 4x8 w/ 8 24 but display for $799 cash. Not voice mail friendly. Had great busy buster redial feature and good loud speaker phone. I think they are still around but now they are more than NEC and Vodavi small systems.
