Heavy ACD? I wouldn't suggest either of these two IMHO. Bill was on the right trach with a Coral SL or IPX500 or some other large system. While the Aspire is decent when you go to attach the ACD monitor you will see where I am coming from on this. The ACD on both these system is weak IMHO. Much weaker on the ESI though. Application baby..it's everything.

Nitsuko phone seem to be reliable but they probably one of the most difficult confusing phone to program.
The Samsung are reliable and easy to program.
Just my opinion.
Thanks.

Once again to throw a fly in the ointment, I would look at a pure voip system, 25 to 40 users you could go with either an Allworx or even better a Zultys, the advantage of the Zultys is that you get the bow/switch with all the hardware insatlled and everything else is done through licensing so you tailor the system specifically to individuals needs and requirements. We also sell the ESI and have only good things to say about them, but as Coral said .....applications babee!!! ------------------ One stop Voice and Data Solutions VoIP
