www.onholdplus.com They have some units that connect to analog lines. We have installed them before, and they seem to work fairly well.

We have hooked up a few on 2 and 4 line sets and they also seem to work fine.

will the MOH 400 allow the customer to create their own tape or CD and be played while customer is on hold?

I see the MOH 500e but not the 400, what are you looking at? Do you have a link we could look at. Most MOH players can have custom messages.
