Got a call for a South Westwrn Bell 308 that a IT guy try to move.

The manual onsite shows no wirring specs, but the basecords are one pair. I thought they were Comdial, or Tie systems with South Western Bell name on them.

The phones show the data error with the software revision on them. I remeber this as a power supply trouble and need to replace power supply, or a wirring problem.

I would like any help!!

Thank you!!
Jeff Jackman (JJ)

JJ:

Sounds like a SWB Landmark DKS 308/616. That's the extent of my knowledge on it. I saw one back about 1994-95--haven't seen one since. Maybe someone will jump in here that has some experience with it. Good luck.

If you get desperate, I might have a KSU kicking around. I have a bunch of the phones.

It is the power supply. This customer was moving into a new office and there I.T. guy wirred te office and sold them this phone system. He did not tell them that it has been in a box for about 10 years.

I am letting them hash it out. Offered to sell him a refurb system.
