I have a K3 that is using 4 digit extensions. The leading digit is an 8. The problem I am having is that the Voice Mail does not recognize the extension. Instead of hearing "Enter Password" when you press the voice mail key you hear the main greeting. I have changed the voice mail digits from 3 to 4 in the integration area and added the mailboxes in the mailbox assignment screen. Any ideas anyone?

Can you log into the 4 digit mailboxes from the main greeting?

I can hit #, enter the mailbox number and enter password. That will let me inside the box.
