.......Anyone know why a met18 would not give an indication of awaiting messages via either the display nor a message waiting lamp on the MSGRB button? The MSGRB button, COS, PROFILE, and Voice Mail system all seem to be ok. User had seven messages, and all of her indications had stopped working.

Assuming the button is programmed correctly, my guess is the voicemail is not setting the indicator on/off. Which voicemail is it? If it is the eOn VPS, try resyncronizing the MWL for that mailbox (there is an option for this in system admin). Can another station set the MWL using the MSGS code?
