Huge problem. I got the software to program the system, Sprint Protege CTX (version S5.F05), but made a huge mistake, and to make a long story short, all the existing programming is gone and I have to start from scratch. I have no technical manual on this product, just the software and have found it impossible to just figure it out based on only the software. I have looked through the manuals available here and this one is not there. There is one, but its for the version that you can do keyset programming from, this one is all pc programming. Please, Please, Please.... if anyone has a manual on PDF, please email it to me. I am freaking out, customer is not to pleased. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Yes, I am feeling a bit stupid about that one. I have purchased a manual for the phone system and have restored most of the programming.
I am in hell.
I do have a few little settings that I really need help to find out how to change. Can anyone with a little experience please email so that I could ask how to do just 2 or 3 things.
Customer has a Protege Voice system as well.
Now when they listen to their messages, they are not getting the prompts about saving and deleting messages. If they press 3, it still asks to confirm deleation, but the initial prompt is gone.
Also, I have programmed the KSU to follow the time table for mode switching day and night. My trouble is that I cant seem to make the Protege Voice follow the phone KSU Day/Night mode. I set Protege Voice to Automatic mode under the system operating mode in the admin. guide.
When I test ringing for the active mode, phone system is ringing correct locations for day and night, but always am getting night greeting on voice mail.
Maybe someone could tell me the correct settings in the KSU for the voice mail intigration, I did the best I could, but....you know how that goes.
Thanks for any help.
