If some one has changed the high order password can it be recovered

Yes. You have to call tech support and have them get in and change the passwords for you.

In australia there is no Tech support, we have to go through Fujitsu and the support is non existant. They have told us that you cant recover the level 3 password if it has been changed. I already have the level 0,1 and 2 but need to recover the level 3

Man that blows. The only other way is to default the system and re-program it.

I believe you can send it to Tadiran and have them do an ASCII conversion to change...they can change the sizing then they should be able to change the L3 password. Good luck.
