You have to follow the install manual EXACTLY. Did you make the library with the MODEM in the name field that points to it? BTW, as a side note I am not using those cards anymore because you can go get a a USB external modem for a fraction the cost and they work fine.

"Operation
When the uCMC voice driver sees an incoming call on port 23, it checks the corresponding CAPI message and
checks to see if both the names are MODEM. If BOTH of the names are MODEM, the call is redirected to the RMM
card. If both of the names do not have MODEM as the value, the call is redirected as a normal voice mail call.

Coral PBX Software Setup
The modem uses a public library (i.e. 6999) to provide a path for the Technician to connection to the RMM. Set up this
Coral library as follows:

LIB 6999
--------------------

NAME
SHORT(5) - MODEM
FULL(10) - MODEM

DIAL NUM - NONE
OUT TRK - the dial number for port 23 (i.e. 4123)

To connect to the RMM, set the pcAnywhere program to call into the uCMC system and then dial the number for the
modem library. You will then be transferred to the RMM. See uCMC Software Setup below for details.

uCMC Software Setup
In order to connect to the RMM, you will need to set up a mailbox for the modem library number in the uCMC system.
This mailbox number will be used to transfer you to the RMM. You must first set up a new mailbox with the same
number as the modem library. This mailbox must be type TRANSFER with the modem library number as the Ring
Ext value.

Once the mailbox has been made there are two ways you can access the modem:

1.
set up your pcAnywhere remote dial number to automatically dial the modem library mailbox number after the
system answers i.e. 516xxx-xxxx,,,6999 (use the number of commas (each comma equals a 1 second
pause) needed to wait for the uCMC system to answer before dialing the RMM access number.
2. set up a digit on the main answering CCR to dial the library number i.e. digit 8 could be programmed as
D:6999."

This is on the uCMC board itself BTW on a file.
