I'm not familiar with this unit, but offered to help a customer with one if I can. All they need to be able to do is dial London, where it was previously not authorized. I cannot seem to find the COS or other setting where this is specified. I can talk to the switch and I am familiar with the GUI if someone can just clue me in on where to go.
Thanks!

First off - Can any users dial London? If not you will probably need to set up the LDPLN, LROUT, etc... to allow IDDD. The Least Cost Routing can be confusing in the HiCom at first. Here are some of the things to look at LDPLN - Dialing Plan for LCR LROUT - Route tables for LCR - allows/denies access to Trunk groups LCOS - Users LCR class of service
I can provide sample of set- up if you want but will not post on board. You may contact via email if so inclined.
